My name is Sue Welby. I am married with two, grown-up girls and live in Rayleigh, Essex. I have been a NNEB qualified nursery nurse for 33 years – working in a variety of childcare and advisory roles – and an IAIM massage instructor since 2015. During my career, I have gained a wealth of experience and have successfully helped parents find solutions to overcome many different parenting challenges.
For the last fourteen years I worked for the NHS, providing one-to-one and group support for parents of children aged from newborn to 8 years old, with all aspects of child development including: introducing solids, sleep routines, behaviour management, toilet training, fussy eating, diet, and infant massage. I have also worked in collaboration with local schools to draft and deliver health promotion sessions.
I pride myself on keeping up-to-date with the latest information and look forward to sharing it with my clients at Littlelifesteps. My aim is to give personalised support and advice to empower parents; providing the tools you need to raise happy, healthy children.
I am fully insured, enhanced DBS checked and trained in paediatric first aid.
