Here at The Hub, we don’t believe in limiting or restricting the food we love. Instead, we’re all about practicing moderation and finding balance when it comes to what goes on our plates. We also believe our body’s health starts with our ‘gut health’. Our nutritional therapist Don looks at the chemical level of food breaking it down into micro and macronutrient compounds, and how the body breaks it down and uses it for energy. Don can help get started by keeping a food diary, reviewing your current food diary (if you have one), and accessing your daily activity levels.

FAQs
We would ask you to call reception and ask to be booked in for a call back with Don our Nutritionist. Don will call you for your discovery call the same day or the next working day. During the call Don will assess whether it is a case he would take on, as we want to be a specialist for the symptoms and help you need us for, so we only take on the cases that we know we can make a considerable amount of difference. This is where the 10 minute discovery call comes in.
This is especially the case for Intolerance Testing – if you suffer with Rheumatoid Arthritis, IBS, Diverticulitis or conditions involving the immune system we would suggest speaking to Don, our Gut Guru to elevate whether our pre-screening forms would need to be filled out prior to waiting for your results. As this will give us the best start in providing you with as much value at your first consultation.
